COVID-19 Shipping

Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing delays with our domestic and international shipping services. 

DOMESTIC:
There are currently some delays with domestic shipping. Australia Post has advised that packages could take an extra 5 business days to arrive. All packages will be sent with tracking. These delays are changing all the time, so we have attached a link to Australia Posts Covid-19 impacts page below for more up to date and in-depth information. 

Australia Post domestic impacts

INTERNATIONAL:
There are currently delays on all items being sent via International shipping out of Australia. We are able to provide approximate timelines for delivery although the length of these delays are subject to change as the postal conditions change throughout the world. We recommend choosing the "Express" postage options if/when available as these receive priority despatch from Australia Post to all locations where air capacity is available. Please be aware that there is the possibility that packages could be diverted to sea freight (due to flight cancellations) and cause additional delays. Unfortunately there are currently certain countries that we are unable to ship to during this time and therefore we have limited our worldwide shipping to only the countries that are currently excepting packages. What will Public Holiday be doing?
